Hawai'i Checklist & Registration

This travel tournament is open to all USAWP members between the ages of 12-19+, regardless of club affiliation. We limit availability to approximately 24 spaces for athletes, so please reserve a spot now if you are interested. More details about the trip can be found further down this page.

Below are the documents and/or items you need to complete for this tournament. The first two only need to be completed once per calendar year. If you have any questions about any part of this process, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

1. Check your USA Water Polo Membership (Button on the right)
   1. This step only needs to be completed once per calendar year
   2. All participants must be “Gold” members of USA Water Polo
      1. If you are not currently a gold member, you need to upgrade to gold immediately
   3. All participants must have a photo uploaded to their USAWP profile
   4. All participants must be age verified
2. Electronically submit a medical consent & team rules form for each athlete that will be traveling with us (Buttons on the right)
   1. This step only needs to be completed once per calendar year
3. Complete a registration form (begin by choosing an option below)
4. Pay your fee
   1. When you have completed your registration form, you will be automatically redirected to a payment page to complete registration
