West Valley Water Polo Registration

Thank you for choosing to register with West Valley Water Polo! Below are the documents and/or items you need to complete in order to register with us. The first only needs to be completed once per calendar year. If you have any questions about any part of this process, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

  1. USA Water Polo Membership
    1. In order to practice with us or play in any of our tournaments, athletes must be registered with USA Water Polo, our sport’s national governing body
    2. This step only needs to be completed once per calendar year
    3. Select West Valley Water Polo, club #23, as your club
    4. All participants must be “Gold” members of USA Water Polo in order to participate in any travel tournaments or Junior Olympics
      1. “Silver” membership allows athletes to participate in ODP and local tournaments, but not travel tournaments or Junior Olympics
      2. “Bronze” membership allows athletes to participate in local tournaments only
    5. I am not a USAWP Member yet
      1. Please click the ‘Register for USAWP’ button to the right to sign up
      2. Choose Club #23, West Valley Water Polo Club as your club
      3. Upload a profile photo
      4. Complete the USAWP age verification
    6. I am already a USAWP Member
      1. Please click the ‘USAWP Member Login’ button to the right and verify that:
        1. your membership is current
        2. you have a profile photo uploaded to your account
        3. you have complete the USAWP age verification

November 12, 2026 to February 4, 2027

(No practice on 11/20 – 11/29 & 12/18 – 1/3)

Assessment Practices: Thur. 11/12 & 11/19 & Tue. 11/17 4:30pm to 6:30pm at Mountain View HS. The top 16U boy players will be selected and notified by coaches to train for 2027 JO Qualifier and JO’s. This group will start training with 18U Boys starting on Monday, Nov. 30.

Tuesday & Thursday 4:15pm-6pm at Mountain View HS

Saturday 8am-9am (conditioning) at Mountain View HS

Saturday 9:10am-10:30am (scrimmage) at Mountain View HS

Registration and Refund Policy

Registration: Online registration, www.westvalleywaterpolo.com. Payment method: credit card (process at the end of online registration),or check( payable to West Valley Water Polo)\ and mail it to 201 Ada Ave #3, Mountain View CA 94043.

Refund Policy: 25% of each Session Cost is non-refundable. The balance is refundable at a pro-rate during the first 3 weeks of the session. Refund will not be issued after the 3rd week of each session. For a refund, please email Teresa at westvalleywaterpolo@gmail.com. Refunds are pro-rated from the day the email is received.

USA Water Polo Membership is required (Gold recommended), please sign up at www.usawaterpolo.org. We are club #23, West Valley Water Polo Club. If a player is not a member of USA Water Polo now, please make sure to sign up as a member. Player must be a member of USA Water Polo in order to participate in practice(s) due to
liability purpose.
